We love the internet, but we realize that things can go awry sometimes. When you sign on to play at an online poker room, you want to have a good experience and a great server, one that can accommodate lots of players and doesn’t go down every time the wind blows. However, you want to know that if something does happen to affect your playing experience that your concerns will be addressed in a timely manner and hopefully by a live person. We rank rooms with live support either with telephone lines and/or live chat the highest. We also love rooms that respond quickly to email support…within 2 hours (or less). We prefer that they have a direct support email as opposed to a generic form, but the speed of the reply is more important than the format you send it in, right?
