On Wednesday, Harrah’s opened up preregistration online at worldseriesofpoker.com under the Event Registration tab. Of course, players can also register directly at the main cage of the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.
Players download the preregistration form, complete it and submit the full deposit to the Rio no later than two weeks prior to the start of the event. All pre-registrants will need to to present proof of identity in person at the Rio to complete the registration process.
The 2009 World Series of Poker runs from May 26 – July 15, 2009. This year there are 57 bracelet events with buy-ins ranging from $1,000 - $50,000.
