Asia's biggest and original poker tour, the Asian Poker Tour (APT) was acquired by AsianLogic in February 2008.

Four events are scheduled to be held across the continent in 2008. The first event, which took place at the Dusit Thani Manila, was won by an Australian player named David Saab.

The next event is scheduled for the StarWorld Hotel and Casino in Macau from August 26 – 31, 2008 and will feature a US$1,500,000 prize pool.
