Bay101 Shooting Star Starts Monday

The Bay 101 Shooting Star, a World Poker Tour event, begins on Monday, March 16, 2009. Here is the schedule for the event:

Monday, Mar. 16: Day 1A (days 1-2 begin at 10:45 a.m.) -- play 10, 60-minute levels
Tuesday, Mar. 17: Day 1B
Wednesday, Mar. 18: Day 2 -- play down to 36 players
Thursday, Mar. 19: Day 3 (begins at noon) -- play down to final table
Friday, Mar. 20: Final table (begins at 4 p.m.)

Last year 376 players bought into the event. 45 places paid and Brandon Cantu won $1,000,000 for his efforts.
