Brent Carter Wins PLO Title at OSPC

TULSA, OK – Brent Carter of, Oak Park, IL wins the 6 pm, $300+40 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship event Thursday, February 21, during the “Oklahoma State Championship of Poker” at the Cherokee Casino, in Tulsa. He pulled in $14,504 for first place along with a championship ring. 

Brent Carter is no newbie to the poker tournament lifestyle. He’s been cashing in major tournaments since 1988 and has placed 42 times in the WSOP. His tournament cashes total over $1.6 million and he has two WSOP bracelets with over 7 first place wins.

This was the second tournament he has placed in during the OSPC and is shooting for more. He plans on being here for the duration of the series and is looking to add another title to his poker playing resume.
