TULSA, Okla. – Cherokee Casino Resort is currently holding the Scotty Nguyen Poker Challenge V. The tournament features 30 events over 11 days with buy-ins ranging from $120 - $3,150.
Day three of the Scotty Nguyen Poker Challenge V featured three events, two No Limit Hold ‘em events and a Mega Super Satellite.
Day 3 – Event #5 - No Limit Hold ‘em, attracted 214 players, with a $300+$40 buy-in, generating a $58,910 prize pool. Nearly $100,000 in prize money was taken home by players for the day, with the two top dollar earners hailing from nearby Arkansas: Paul Gutherie, Springdale, and Chuck Chadwick, Fayetteville.
