The Team PokerStars Pro Vanessa Rousso has managed to double up just before the end of level 4. The board was reading K34 and Roberto Romanello had raised her 4,000 bet to 26,500 effectively setting her all-in.
She sat there thinking, taking off her sunglasses and sighed saying, "That's just about the best flop for my hand..."
After a couple of minutes she pushed all-in and Romanello made the obligatory call and flipped the 87 but Rousso turned over the dominating A5 and stood up for the crucial pot. The 5 on the turn improved Rousso's hand but actually gave Romanello three more outs but a blank J river helped neither. Rousso boosted her stack up to 63,700 at the break, while the Welshman, fresh off already doubling up her PokerStars team-mate Barry Greenstein, is now back down to just 21,000.
