Dave "El Blondie" Colclough is on a roll. The talented high-stakes professional poker player, who won the GUKPT event in Manchester earlier this summer, is making quite a splash in the UK Open, a National Poker League tournament.
First, Dave made the final table in the first £500 NLHE event. He finished in fifth place and was joined by Aussie loud mouth Tony G at that final table. Colclough, who is currently ranked 7th in Europe and 2nd in the UK, will probably see his star rise even further.
In the second £500 NLHE tournament of the National Poker League UK Open, he won the day, earning £5,600 and mucho respeto from the poker world. He was one of 29 participants in the tourney.
