European Poker Tour says Bonjour

PokerStars European Poker Tour is back in business at the Casino Barriere de Deauville, a victorious return to French soil after two years away. Final table action in two days!

The PokerStars European Poker Tour was missing an important leg for the past two years, the EPT Deauville, but it’s all better now. Huddling around the tables are players like Brandon Schaefer (former EPT Deauville champ) and Gavin Griffin (former EPT Grand Final winner.)

The sponsoring poker room is fielding a ton of poker players as well, such as Noah Boeken, Alex Kravchenko, Luca Pagano, Chad Brown and Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier. Let’s not forget the PokerStars ladies either, with Vanessa Rousso, Vicky Coren, Isabelle Mercier and Katja Thater providing an international selection.

Only 700 players were allowed to take their seats, and today those that have survived are fighting it out on Day 2. The final table is Day 4, which will run on Saturday, January 24.

After this 5,000 Euro buy-in event runs its course the EPT will continue on its merry way, stopping at Copenhagen, Denmark in February, Dortmund, Germany in March and Sanremo, Italy in April.

Would YOU like to stop at these places, too? Sign up with PokerStars here and qualify for one of these great EPT events!
