Liu Takes Down Deep Stack Title

She’s taken down a World Poker Tour Ladies Night Title (2006) and came in second, while heavily pregnant we might add, to Ted Forrest at the 2007 Bay 101 Shooting Stars Main Event. Joanne “JJ” Liu is one tough poker chick with chips.

Now, the lovely lady, who was born in Taipei, Taiwan and is married to fellow pro Dan Alspach, has risen to the top again. Liu defeated 232 other players to win the Venetian Deep Stack $2,500 Main Event.
