WEST SILOAM SPRINGS, Okla. – The 3rd annual Blast to the Past poker tournament is currently at play this Labor Day weekend at Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs. The tournament features 12 events over 6 days, Aug. 27 – Sept. 1, with buy-ins ranging from $120 - $550.
Event No. 1 – No Limit Hold ‘em
Blast to the Past’s first event attracted 33 players for a No Limit Hold ‘em tournament. Buy-in was $120. Contender Elizabeth Little of Bella Vista, AR, laid down the final hand and took home $1,296. The total prize pool was $2,970.

Event No. 2 – Jack & Jill
Day one of the Blast to the Past poker tournament also featured the popular Jack & Jill event where two players (one male and one female) paired to alternate play during the No Limit Hold ‘em tournament. Mike and Shanna Barnett of Kansas, OK, took top honors in the tag-team event. The event attracted 32 teams, with a $120 buy-in, generating a $2,880 prize pool.
