Baker Takes Title at OSCP

TULSA, OK – Steve Baker of Owasso, OK, scores in the 6 pm, $200+30 Charity No-Limit Hold’em event Thursday, February 21, during the “Oklahoma State Championship of Poker” at the Cherokee Casino, in Tulsa. There were $50 re-buys and add-ons and approximately $5,600 was donated to the Child Abuse Network.

Steve Baker is a poker player that enjoys playing online tournaments. He has cashed in three tournaments in three years. The Inaugural Ozark Poker Championship was his first cash and he made $3,614. At the time of the chop he was chip leader but an accidental placement on the list of winners put him in third place.

This is Steve’s second cash for the 2008 Oklahoma State Championship of Poker. He placed 10th in the Limit Hold’em Event.
