WSOPE Welcomes Betfair.com as Presenting Sponsor

If the boys and girls in the Betfairpoker.com marketing office aren’t high-fiving and smacking each other on the back under downspouts of champaign, they should be. Betfair.com has been named the presenting sponsor of the brand new, up and coming World Series of Poker Europe, a feat they managed to lock in through 2011.

The very fact that there IS a WSOPE is going to bring down a lot of media heat, and with Betfair.com being linked with every mention, that company is going to reap a great deal of reward. (Look, we’ve mentioned them by name four times already, including the title.)

What Betfair.com (five) must do for their side of the deal is promote the WSOPE all during the year, all over the globe. The WSOPE gets underway in September of this year in London Clubs International casinos.
