The World Series of Poker Circuit pulls into the Horseshoe Council Bluffs in Iowa beginning on February 17, 2008. The Circuit Championship concludes on the 28th of the shortest month of the year. This year, the tournament series will feature 35 events including 6 NLHE tournaments, a Limit Hold’em Contest and a Ladies Tourney, sponsored by the High Heels Poker Tour.
Of course, the highlight of the competition is the $5,000 buy-in Circuit Championship. Last year’s winner, Kosta “Gus” Sengos of Sioux Falls, SD, took the ring, $219,576 in prize money and a seat to the 2007 WSOP Main Event.
