3,908 players put up their $216 to play in the Full Tilt Sunday $750,000 on January 4, 2009. Earning bank in the event were pros such as former Ultimate Bet Aruba Classic winner Travis “TravestyFund” Rice as well as Red Full Tilters Chip Jett and Jon “PearlJammed” Turner.

Mike “GoLeafsGoEh” Leah made the final table, finishing in ninth place and adding $10,473 to his tournament winnings. However, it was 007Paghman who chased WPChaser out of the event heads-up. Paghman gobbled up nearly $140,000 for himself as a result.
