Full Tilt Poker drew in 3,485 entrants on the middle Sunday in this last month of 2008. Unfortunately, this meant that Full Tilt had to put up a big of an overlay. This apparently was a big draw for some major players. Ryan Fair (toetagu) and Gary Bogdanski (GB2005) made the money as did TJ Slifka (LivesWithMommy).
This was Slifka’s second cash in a major this weekend – he also made bank in the Poker Stars Sunday Million. Slifka’s online tournament earnings are nearing the $330,000 mark as a result of his stellar play this weekend.
Finishing in fourth position was Miguel Londono (rusostreet). He netted more than $41,000 for his efforts bringing his online tournament earnings up to an impressive $230,593 thus far. However, in the end skullkicker and dudetronic fought it out for the top spot. Dudetronic, who took the ‘lucky 13th’ spot at Full Tilt’s Sunday Brawl on 9.7.08, had his biggest online tourney cash to date. He kicked skullkicker to the curb in second position, winning $132,788.
