The Poop on WCOOP

James Cameron - 22 Aug 2006

You've heard the rumors...you've seen the greedy look in players' eyes...you've seen the banner ads...now learn the truth: Yes Indeed! Poker Stars is definitely holding their Fifth World Championship of Online Poker! There will be 18 events this year, including the new additions of Razz and HORSE (and a HORSE event hosted by Barry Greenstein), and a guarantee total prize pool of TEN...MILLION...DOLLARS (you have to imagine a nifty reverb effect right there.)

If you want to play in the WCOOP, pick an event below and start playing the qualifying satellite events to win your way in. Or, if you just can't bear to spend the time doing that, you can always buy in directly. But first, of course, you have to be a member of Poker Stars to play.
