On Friday afternoon, on the eighth day of the eighth month in the eighth year of this new millennium a young Norwegian named Dag Martin Mikkelsen presided over the fourth tournament in the Full Tilt Online Poker Series’ ninth installment. This $322 buy-in NLHE tournament had 1 rebuy and 1 add-on allowed. 970 players joined in the action, which began at 2.00 ET sharp. They drove the prize pool up to nearly $695k when all was said and done.

Vitaly Lunkin and recent addition to Team Full Tilt Josh Arieh both made bank in the event. However, the final table was not filled with the usual suspects. jeansasson and ryanghall battled it out for the top spot. Both earned six figures for their efforts, however nearly $60,000 separated the players. In the end, ryanghall emerged with the extra cash and the victory.
