4,057 entrants brought Full Tilt’s prize pool up to $811,400. This meant that the top finisher would leave the final table with more than $143,000. The big prize was an obvious draw for some experienced players including Erica Schoenberg and Brundaddy. Schoenberg, a Full Tilt sponsored pro and fiancée of recent WSOP bracelet winner and WPT Bellagio IV cup runner-up David Benyamine, took ninth place in this event.
The lovely lady, who has a WPT ladies night final table to her credit, multiple WSOP cashes and a previous top 20 finish in this event, added nearly $11,000 to her online tournament earnings. Brundaddy, the sixth place finisher in this tournament, had earned more than $150k at Full Tilt in his online tournament career. This time, he added nearly $25k to his FTP account.
The final two players in the tournament were govshark2 and syzygy1-1-1-1. govshark2 is no stranger to Full Tilt having received several top ten finishes in different events at the online poker room. However, his experience didn’t wasn’t enough to give him the victory as the relative unknown syzygy1-1-1-1 took down the title and the $143,285 that went along with first place.
These are the final results:
1) syzygy1-1-1-1 - $143,285
2) govshark2 - $86,739
3) Babooyah - $56,798
4) blizair - $44,627
5) thekellster89 - $33,511
6) Brundaddy - $24,829
7) IndianRope - $18,662
8) Capax Infiniti - $14,605
9) EricaSchoenberg - $10,873
