Dwan Begins Battling Back in Durrrr Challenge

Tom Dwan has a solid but short session against Patrik Antonius, erasing $100,000 of the Finn's lead in the durrrr Challenge.

The Durrr Challenge is still dragging along. For those who had hoped it would be over before the start of the World Series of Poker this summer, well, there’s a strong likelihood that that won’t happen whatsoever. Dwan mentioned that he’d like it to be over by May 27th; however, Antonius says that it was all ‘but impossible.’

Tom Dwan had said that he’d be willing to play some marathon sessions. Then, the pair played just 310 hands in their latest go-round with Dwan making back about $100,000 back on the overall profit margin. (Remember – Antonius was up nearly half a million dollars over the life of the challenge before this week).

Obviouslly, the short session was a very good one for Dwan which may be why he didn’t want to prolong it.
