Jennifer Leigh Takes on Playboy

Luke Williams - 3 Apr 2008

Jennifer Leigh first came to the attention of the online world when she was just 12 years old. The cute blonde from Wilmington, DE decided to take on the name Jennicide because it “sounded dark and mysterious.” The gal with the crush on Colin Farrell – she’s said she’d trade poker lessons for a date with the Irish actor – has played poker all over the world.

Her biggest live action cash to date occurred at the PokerStars’ Caribbean Adventure in 2006. She placed 42nd, taking down over $13,500.

Jennicide may not be a top-ranked player yet, but she sure has the attention of the poker world. Since the summer of ’07, rumors have abounded that she would pose for a Playboy pictorial.

Well, that pictorial wasn’t a rumor. It’s real and on newsstands now. Jennicide’s Playboy spread debuted earlier this week. Jennicide says that the experience “allowed a platform for me to show women that it’s possible to be a staple in poker and we’re not going anywhere.”

Play poker with some of the world’s biggest female talents at PokerStars. Isabelle Mercier, Katja Thater and Vanessa Rousso are among the pros featured there. Head on over there today and play your way to the WSOP in ’08!
