Harman’s NSPCA Charity Tournaments

Serena DaSilva - 25 Mar 2008

On March 16, 2008 Jennifer Harman hosted a charity event at Full Tilt Poker benefiting the Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (NSPCA). Half of the $10 entry went to the organization. Marco Traniello, Jen’s hubby and Full Tilt Pros such as Clonie Gowen, Erik Seidel and Andy Bloch were among the 3,009 entrants in the event, which raised in excess of $30,000 for the animals. Online player, “Jzeeee” took the top spot and more than $2,200 for the win.

Harman is hosting a second installment of the live version of this event on April 18, 2008. The suggested buy-in donation is $330 with optional re-buys of $200 donations during the first hour of play. There is also a last-chance add-on for $200. The event begins at 3pm on that date and will be held in Las Vegas. Kirk Morrison won the tourney last year.
