Juha-Rauno Lampila AKA Dr_Rock

Juha-Rauno Lampila, winner of the 2008 Helskini Freezeout and part of Team Poker Heaven just took home €160,000 in the Finnish Poker Tournament. Juha-Rauno uses the online nickname "Dr_Rock", is 24 and lives in Haapavesi, Finland

TB: Congratulations on your recent win - how does it feel to win the Helsinki Freezeout?
JRL: It feels great, of course!

TB: At which point during the tournament did you realise that you had a great chance to win it?
JRL: After first day I had feeling that I can win the tournament; I was second in chips and I felt that level of my game was good enough to beat everyone else in tournament.

TB: How long have you been playing poker?
JRL: 4 years.

TB: How did you get into poker?
JRL: Friend told me about online poker.

TB: Did you start winning as soon as you started the game or was there a steep learning curve?
JRL: When I started to play poker I really knew nothing about it. It took me almost a year and many deposits to became winning player.

TB: How many hours a week do you spend at the poker tables?
JRL: Usually 15-25h/week.

TB: Does it feel like work or like a game to you?
JRL: Poker feels like a game to me.

TB: What has been your best poker moment?
JRL: When I won my first online MTT about three years ago. I got only 200$ but it felt great…

TB: What is the greatest bluff you've ever made?
JRL: I never bluff...

TB: If you could play anyone heads up, who would it be?
JRL: Sammy Farha.

TB: What has been your best poker advice?
JRL:Don’t tilt!
