Negreanu to Appear in X-Men Movie

Daniel Negreanu can add movie star to his already-impressive resume? Yes, the poker player, author, comedian and video game guru has recently jetted to Sydney, Australia to do a cameo in the “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” movie, starring the hunkalicious Hugh Jackman. 

Apparently, Negreanu wasn’t the only poker pro invited. Phil Hellmuth wanted to go, but had to attend an event in Toronto for Ultimate Bet. Guess he'll just have to settle for the Hayden Christiansen bio-pic of him coming out - we hear - in 2009.

Anyway, Negreanu, who’s made millions on the WPT, WSOP and everywhere else, will hit the felt in the flick. He takes part in a poker game with Logan/Wolverine.
