Former tennis ace Boris Becker finds success as a poker player.

Boris Becker is best known as a tennis player. The youngest man to ever win Wimbledon, the red-haired 41 year old has carved out a second career for himself in the world of poker. In November 2008, Becker joined Team Poker Stars as a professional player and has since represented the online poker room at various events across the globe.

Becker’s biggest poker tournament success to date has got to be the recent World Poker Tour championship. He finished 37th out of 338 entrants, making $40,855 and proving to the poker world that he is a force to be reckoned with.

On the accomplishment Becker said, “I'm certainly gaining experience and feeling a lot more comfortable, but this is the first time making it to the fourth day of a big tournament.”

Up next for Becker is a run at the World Series of Poker this summer.
