Doyle’s Dog Attacks Gas Station Attendants

Doyle’s dog attacks gas station attendants despite Texas Dolly's warnings.

Poker pro Doyle Brunson has a toy poodle. The dog was involved in an attack over the past weekend. The victim was a 20-something gas station attendant who reached into the car to play with the upset animal.

Doyle puts part of the blame on the gas station attendant. As he says, “I thought Casper, my toy poodle, had settled down because he was getting older. But when I pulled into a gas station, one of the attendants made the mistake of reaching in the car to pet him. Bam, Casper got his 44th bite victim."

The other attendant thought it was funny and told his co-worker that dogs love him. Then, he went in and tried to pet Casper. The dog bit him too despite Doyle’s warnings.

Doyle thinks that part of the problem could be that the dog appears harmless enough. He’s “7 pounds and couldn't whip a good Texas jackrabbit, but he is absolutely fearless. I try to watch him, but he lulls everybody to sleep by being so nice."

The attendant ran off, bleeding, after the attack.
