Durrr Challenge – Dwan Digs Deeper in the Hole

Dwan falls further behind Antonius in the durrrr Challenge.

Tom Dwan played some serious PLO earlier this week. Not only did he play against Patrik Antonius for some more of the highly anticipated Durrrr Challenge, he also spent some time with Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies and Phil Ivey, who is expected to take durrrr on next in the 50,000 hand, multi-million dollar challenge.

Against Antonius, Dwan didn’t fare so well. In the short session, Antonius extended his lead to over $400,000 by taking about $35,000 off the young gun. The duo, however, bet big during the session, adding a total of $7.6 million to the total tally of wagers, which is now over $91,000,000.

At least Dwan had a good run against Ivey, taking about $500,000 off the poker superstar before the duo called it quits.
