Last year, Tom “durrrr” Dwan famously lost millions of dollars in online tournaments. This prompted him to take on the durrrr challenge in which Dwan is taking on anyone who wants to play him for 50,000 hands and half a million dollars.
Dwan is currently playing Patrik Antonius in the durrrr challenge. However, he does find time to play other high stakes games. Earlier this week, Dwan took on Gus Hansen and Phil Ivey, who will face off with Dwan in the durrrr challenge as soon as Antonius is through…and won.
Dwan had his hand in all ten of the biggest online pots of the day during that session and ended up $350,000 in the black.
