Nancy Cartwright Gets Set to Hold her 3rd Annual Monte Carlo Charity Poker Event

Deanna Goodson

Nancy Cartwright is known more for her legendary voice. She’s the icon behind the cartoon legend, Bart Simpson. The diminutive 50-something Cartwright will play host for the third year in a row for a special Monte Carlo night at her Northridge home in California on September 20, 2008. Profits from the event will go to the LAPS Devonshire Police Activity League Supporters (PALS).  They are a local charity organization dedicated to keeping at-risk kids involved in positive activities.

A $500 ticket will give you entry to the poker tournament and all of the other evening’s festivities. $250 will give you access to everything but the poker tourney. Celebrities and poker pros who are expected to attend include Jamie Gold, Kristy Gazes, Jennifer Harman, Marco Traniello, Kristy Gazes, Todd Brunson, Camryn Manheim, Micky Dolenz, Sinbad, and Kirstie Alley just to name a few.

The top five players in the poker tournament will receive seats to a WSOP Satellite Tournament. For more information on this event or to register, visit:
