Pam Brunson’s good show at Throw Down Poker Championship

TourneyBlog Staff - 15 May 2010

The Throw Down Poker Championship that ran last week saw a Brunson-lead team take second out of 43.

Pam Brunson didn’t appear on the poker scene until some time after her brother Todd, and of course her dad Doyle is the Godfather of Poker himself.

Her late start doesn’t seem to have hurt her game, however, as she and her team took the runner up position in the Throw Down Poker Championship benefiting the National Kidney Foundation.

Each team put up $2,500 to play to raise money, each player earning points for their team based on their finish. Pam’s team included Anjela Brunson, Michelle Richey, Suzie McBaine, Corey Williams, Morgan Stogner, Brett Shreffler, Carole Wueste, Rob Wueste, and Ed Padgett.
