Tom Dwan has put the word out – he’s taking bets against himself that he can win a WSOP bracelet this year.
Any takers? Tom “durrrr” Dwan has set odds of 3.25:1 for anyone who wants to bet against him winning an event. It turns out there were a lot of takers. Now Dwan could- just from these bets - win $15 million or lose $5 million.
Phil Ivey plunked down $3 million and Eli Elezra $1 million against Dwan, respectively. His recent final table finish at WSOP Event #11 ($1,500 No Limit Holdem) -- 2nd place -- is likely to have Ivey and the rest sweating, as it is a long way to go before the 2010 WSOP is over.
