Tom “durrrr” Dwan hasn’t had a rough time of it for the past few months. He’s been struggling on the wrong end of winning. Earlier this week, the talented professional came out of a marathon 14-hour session spanning two online cardrooms (Poker Stars and Full Tilt Poker) a true winner. At the end of the day (or night by that time), Dwan was $850,000 richer than when he started.
Wow!
Considering that he was down nearly $1,000,000 in cash games earlier this year, durrr is now almost back to black. We’d say that’s not bad at all for one long day at the office. What about you?
During the session, no one escaped his wrath. He faced just about every online high stakes rounder out there including Phil Ivey, David Benyamine, Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies, Phil “OMGClayAiken” and many others, all of whom seemed ready, willing and able to donate to the Dwan cause.
