The Asian Poker Tour will soon be entering the next year, and the APT Manila 2009 event is a great way to get it started. This is the highest profile stop on the APT circuit, which continues to grow in both number of events and recognition year after year.
Titan Poker has put up a series of online poker satellites, giving their players the chance to win a prize package that will get them to Manila and in the seat of the main poker event.
The first Manila APT event had a prize pool guaranteed at one million dollars, chopped among the winners that emerged from the 315 poker players.
That evetn was won by Australian poker pro David Saab, who took home more than a quarter of the prize pool with his victory.
