Ladbrokes Poker will be running a tournament on Thursday that many members of their site who prefer medium stakes will be participating in.

The event is known as the €1000 Guaranteed Omaha Rebuy event and it will start at 20:00 on Friday (UK time). The entry fee for the event is €10 + €1 and for those that enjoy the event or for those that miss today's tournament it is adaily event between Monday and Friday inclusive.

For those that prefer No Limit Texas Hold'em the €25,000 Guarantee Rebuy event starts at 19:00 with an entry fee of €16.50 + €1.50.

Bwin Poker will be hosting a tournament on Thursday that starts at 6:05pm ET that costs $2.25 to register in.

The format of the tournament is No Limit Texas Hold'em and there is a prize pool guarantee in the event of $1000.

Registration is currently open with 200 players needed at a minimum to run the event. The action will be shorthanded and that means that many poker players will be loosening their hole card standards a bit.
