Paddy Power Poker have guaranteed that at least $35K will be available in a guaranteed prize pool event that starts at 2:30pm ET on December 25th. 

The format of the tournament is No Limit Texas Hold'em and at time of writing there were 11 entrants enrolled.

The starting stacks for the tournament have 5000 chips and the entry fee is $100 + $9.  Poker players that don't want to roll that high at first can play in one or more satellites for the event - some in the $12 to $20 range.
