Paddy Power Poker have rebuys and an add-on in their $40,000 guaranteed tournament.

Their $10,000 GP Double Stack tourney will be starting on June 1st at 4:25pm ET. The guarantee might not be the biggest one out there but if you prefer to start your tournaments with a lot of chips (10,000) and low starting blinds that will only increment every 15 minutes, then it is definitely a tournament that you should like.
As an alternative to this event, you can consider the $40,000 GP Super Tuesday R/A at 3:45pm ET. This tournament features 2000 chips to start but it has rebuys and there is also an opportunity to add-on 2500 chips at the break.
The entry fee for either tournament is $100 + $9 and the formats of each will be No Limit Texas Hold'em.
