Poker Stars, one of the major players in online poker, will be hosting several poker tournaments on Wednesday January 19th. Perhaps the one that online poker players will be gravitating toward is the one that guarantees a $250K prize pool. That tournament is known as the $320 Wednesday 1/4 Million and it will start at 9pm ET on January 19th.  

Poker players who are members of Poker Stars and who do not want to pay the full $300 + $20 to get into the main field will be looking to get into this event through the cheaper satellites.

Another event available for registration is the $215 NL Hold'em event. That is a $10k Guaranteed event that starts at 10pm ET.
