Poker players vary on their definitions of high stakes but most would agree that a $100 entry fee means there is something to play for.

Poker Stars, one of the biggest names in online poker, are running several high stakes poker tournaments on Thursday November 11th. Here's a few examples of tournaments with that site that have an entry fee of $100 or greater:

8am: $5000 Guaranteed ($100 + $9)
1pm: $45K Guaranteed ($100 + $9)
9pm: $162 Nightly Hundred Grand ($150 + $12)

For the Nightly Hundred Grand tournament registration will be starting at 9am ET on Thursday. There are several satellites available to the event including a Sit & Go satellite for $22 + $2.

Poker players who are a part of the main draw will start with 3000 chips. With the levels only increasing every 15 minutes there should be ample time to play select hole cards, at least in the early going.
