Poker Stars have several online poker tournaments running on January 8th and one that poker players with the site will be participating in is the H/L Pot Limit Omaha tournament.

That event has an afternoon starting time of 2:45pm ET and it guarantees a prize pool of $30,000.

A weekly event, the entry fee is $215 but there are satellites available. Some of those satellites cost $5.50 and members of Poker Stars that want to get into the main draw for cheap will be looking to do so through those satellites.

For those looking for No Limit Texas Hold there is a $109 event starting at 2pm ET that features a $75K prize pool.
