Poker Stars will host numerous low stakes poker tournaments on Wednesday night, including freeroll events. One of their low stakes tourneys is the $12,500 guaranteed event, a tournament that stats at 5pm ET on February 23rd.

The entry fee for the tournament is just $2.75 and the format is No Limit Texas Hold'em. Blinds will only be incrementing every 15 minutes and that gives players the opportunity to wait for good hole cards.
