Typically the first leg of each new season of the European Poker Tour starts in Barcelona, Spain. This year the EPT has decided to switch things up with two changes; to start with, Barcelona, while still on the tour schedule, is not the first event. To kick things off the EPT is heading for Russia – another first – with the EPT Moscow event.

PokerStars has satellites to BOTH EPT events running on Friday, July 3rd, and some of them you can play for free (provided you have the frequent player points saved up to pay for them.)
