How much do you have to play to earn the betfair poker bonus?

On BetfairPoker you earn one Betfair Point for £0.05 (approx $0.10) of rake paid. Points are earned for both cash games and tournaments. So, for example, if you were to buy into a $25 + $2.50 STT then you would earn approximately 25 Betfair Points.
In a pot, rake is apportioned to any player who has contributed to it. If four players contribute, then the rake apportioned to each player will be a quarter of the total rake taken in that pot. The amount a player contributes is irrelevant, therefore if a player is on the small blind but folds before the flop is dealt, he will still be have deemed to have contributed. At Betfairpoker no rake is taken if the flop is not dealt.
