The 2010 World Series of Poker Day Two events

Saturday, May 29th is the second day for the 2010 World Series of Poker

Yesterday was the $500 Casino Employee Event and the $50,000 buy in Poker Player’s Championship; today the first thousand dollar NLHE event begins.

The $1k NLHE event is the bread and butter of the WSOP. While the $10k Main Event is the dream tournament to win for most poker players (the $50k Poker Player’s Championship is for an elite, relative few) the $1k NLHE events are much more accessible to the average player who hasn’t been able to win a main event prize package.

Winning one of these events still puts a WSOP bracelet on your wrist and likely a five to six figure payday in your bank account.
