The NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship is an annual poker tournament held in the United States. The $20,000 buy-in event is mostly an invitational with several seats being won either online or in the Caesar's Palace cardroom, where the event is currently held. Played during the last weekend in February and the first weekend in March, the National Heads Up Poker Championship (NHUPC) has been won by some of the biggest names in poker including Phil Hellmuth, Chris Ferguson, Ted Forrest and Paul Wasicka.

A single-elimination event, the NHUPC has 64 players who are placed in four brackets. Each round is single-elimination. The first NHUPC was held at the Golden Nugget in 2005.
