With crampons firmly tied on, carbiners at the ready and chocks in place, Everest Poker has scaled past the hangers-on and made it to fourth place in cash games online. While Pokerstars , Party and Full Tilt are still ahead, there are a number of good reasons to suggest that these three are in a dead hang, and that Everest may yet beat them to the top.
