Full Tilt's Sunday Tournament had a $1,000,000 guarantee and a $500 buy-in. 2,247 players paid for the right to play in the event, driving up the prize pool to $1,123,500. Mandy B (Amanda Baker) finished strong in the event. The young pro took 39th place, a best amongst the Full Tilt sponsored players.
Dutch Boyd, Christian “charder30” Harder and Jason “Jcarver” Somerville all finished strong in the tourney. Steve “gboro' Gross, the second place finisher in the Cardplayer Online Player of the Year competition, made it to heads-up play against the eventual champ, bigdennys.
