Full Tilt knew it was going to be a difficult weekend what with the Super Bowl and everything. That's why they lowered their guarantee from $750,000 to $500,000. That was good news because only 2,805 players showed up to play in the event, generating a prize pool of $561,000.
405 places were paid in the event including several Full Tilt friends and pros such as Jose-Luis Velador, Eddy Scharf, Michael Craig and Claudio Rinaldi.
Chris “herdgolf86” Tipper was the last man standing in the event. He defeated Antonio18 heads-up to take the title and the $102,663 first place prize.
