Kurt Krautschneider Krushes Kompetition in Australia New Zealand Poker Tour
Melbourne resident Kurt Krautschneider took down the very first event of the Australia New Zealand Poker Tour (ANZPT), a new offering by Poker Stars . The tourney, which was held at the SKYCITY Casino in Adelaide, Australia on February 7, 2009, had 215 players in it and a total prize pool of $586,950.
Heads-up Krautschneider defeated Tony “Bond18” Dunst, a professional poker player. Krautschneider, who won his way to the tourney with a $33 qualifier, earned $170,215 AUD for his efforts.
