621 players generated a prize pool of $120,474 in the $230 buy-in NLHE. Kevin Waldie, a 25 year old pro poker player (he only turned pro 4 months ago), took the event down. En route to the title, he crushed Robert Castoire's hopes of a second WSOP Circuit ring. Castoire, who cashed four times in this tourney series last year including a win in the $1,000 No Limit Hold'em tournament.
