Obrestad Wins Sunday Hundred Grand at PokerStars
Annette Obrestad, aka Annette_15, has made headlines all over the world for her poker-playing ability. The 2007 WSOPE Main Event champ, who hails from Norway, got her start online. On Sunday the teen phenom – she's still only 19 years old – took down the Sunday Hundred Grand at PokerStars.
The prodigy defeated 19,999 other players to win this event. Annette, who beat joeshambles in heads-up play, repeatedly declined to talk chop with her opponents. She claimed the entire $20,000 first place prize for herself.
